HeatPitch is built by HookPace to help you write evidence-first B2B cold emails. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who helps us run the service. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code, plus an optional display name.
• Credits and purchases: your plan, credit balance and a record of credit changes (purchases and generations), so we can run your account.
• What you type to generate: the prospect details, what you noticed, your offer and optional details you enter are sent to our AI provider to write your emails. We do not keep your prospect research or generated emails on our servers.

What stays in your browser

Your saved sender details, your workspace inputs and your generation history are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) on your device, not on our servers. You can clear them at any time from the app or by clearing your browser data.

Services we use

• Supabase for sign-in (email one-time codes) and for storing account and credit data.
• Cloudflare Turnstile to protect sign-in from bots.
• Dodo Payments to process payments. Card details are entered with Dodo Payments; we never see or store your card details.
• OpenAI API to generate your emails from the inputs you provide.
• Vercel to host the website and app.

How we use your data

Only to provide HeatPitch: signing you in, generating emails, tracking credits, handling payments and support, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your account data or ask us to correct it by emailing support@heatpitch.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
