We want you to be happy with HeatPitch. If it isn’t right for you, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

7-day refund

• Request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll give you a full refund.
• After 7 days, purchases are not refundable.

How to request

Email support@heatpitch.com from the email address on your HeatPitch account. Include the date of purchase and the plan you bought.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Once approved, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
